  • Just Swim reserves the right to change the swim teacher or make scheduling changes at any time, however we strive to provide consistency of swim teacher during the term.
  • Just Swim lessons are not held on public holidays.
  • Unless advised otherwise, all bookings will be automatically re-booked each term.

  • If you cannot attend your lesson due to a medical reason you may be eligible for a lesson credit.  A credit will only be issued if two or more consecutive lessons are missed due to a medical reason. You will need to provide a medical certificate within seven days of the missed lesson to receive the credit. Any credit will be added to your account that you can use to pay for future lessons or towards any purchase at our Dunedin Aquatic facilities.
  • We do not offer make up lessons or one-off changes to lesson bookings if you cannot make your booked day and time.
