Missed Lesson policy

If you do not attend your lesson we do not offer make up lessons. Lesson vouchers, which can be used as payment for future lessons, will only be issued if two or more consecutive lessons are missed due to a medical reason. This requires presentation of a medical certificate within seven days of the missed lesson.
